We know that plans are the most important part of any building and construction project, and that is why we provide drawing services as one of our main activities.

We offer professional drawing services for architectural design and planning. Whether to assist with a planning application, or to design a large housing scheme, a professional technical drawing can make a big impact on the success of a construction project. We design and draw all our technical drawings using the latest AutoCAD software and in-house printing.

In all cases we start with a site visit, to discuss your build ideas and plan the way forward. We then provide a plan design for you to review. We have worked on many developments over the years and are highly skilled at making the most of any space. We can use our expertise to suggest more effective ways of using a space, or presenting options you might not have considered.

As part of our technical drawing service, all council paperwork for planning applications is managed on your behalf. If required we will provide design and access statements as well as light assessments.

Design and Build to project budgets is one of our most popular services along with our in-house 3D kitchen and bathroom design giving you a clear vision of not only the project detail but the project cost as well.

We know building work can be stressful, but we also know it should be fun and rewarding. We always provide a service to achieve a happy journey and the right end results. Feel free to contact us to see if we can help you with your building project.

"After speaking to 5 other builders, it was clear that Steve at Building and Drawing Services was the man for us. Work has just completed on a single level extension having relocated the kitchen and created a new utility room, snug with glass lantern roof and converted a garage into an office and storage. Steve oversaw every aspect and was always available at the end of the phone. Everyone who came on site was professional, courteous and the level of work carried out by all trades was top notch..."
